- If your return is eligible for a refund, you may contact us for a return authorization number (RA).
- In order to receive a refund, this RA Number MUST be indicated on the outside of the box you return to us. Any returns that are sent without an RA number will not be refunded.
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
- To receive proper credit, any return must be shipped in the exact condition received, with all tags and packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Your refund will be credited only to the method(s) of payment used to make the purchase.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
- ALL PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
